Laura Adler, DPM
Dr. Laura Adler, DPM, is a highly skilled, fellowship-trained reconstructive foot and ankle surgeon at Adler Foot and Ankle. With over five years of experience, Dr. Adler specializes in sports medicine, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, including treatments for flatfoot, clubfoot, bunions, ankle joint replacements, complex deformity corrections, and nerve compression. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology before earning her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2019, where she graduated at the top of her class and was inducted into the Pi Delta Honor Society. Dr. Adler completed her residency at Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver, Colorado, and furthered her expertise with a fellowship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery in Boca Raton, Florida. She is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and board-qualified in forefoot and rearfoot surgery with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is also published in peer-reviewed journals and has lectured at national podiatric conferences.
Dr. Adler is affiliated with HCA Aventura Medical Center, HCA University Hospital, Jackson North Medical Center, Kindred Hospital, Memorial Hospital Pembroke, Memorial Hospital West, and Memorial Regional Hospital. Committed to giving back, she has volunteered with the non-profit organization Essential Strides, to provide life-changing surgeries in underserved communities abroad. Dr. Adler is dedicated to improving her patients' quality of life and works alongside her father, Dr. Charlton Adler, to deliver exceptional care to the South Florida community.
Charlton Adler, DPM
Dr. Charlton Adler, DPM, is a highly respected podiatric surgeon with over 30 years of experience in foot and ankle care. He is renowned for his expertise across six board certifications, including foot and ankle surgery, wound care, limb salvage, podiatric orthopedics, primary podiatric medicine, and diabetic foot care. He is also a durable medical equipment, or DME, provider for diabetic shoes.
Dr. Adler practices at Adler Foot and Ankle in North Miami Beach and Hallandale, Florida, where he provides exceptional care for patients of all ages. A native of Long Island, New York, he earned his degree in pharmacy from St. John’s University before pursuing podiatric medicine at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at the Miami Veterans Administration Medical Center, after which he chose Miami as his home.
Dr. Adler is an adjunct professor at Barry University and has held leadership roles, including chief of the Aventura Hospital Podiatry Department and president of the Dade County Podiatric Medical Association. He is affiliated with numerous hospitals and wound care centers, including Memorial Regional Hospital and HCA Aventura Medical Center. Dr. Adler is also a Certified Wound Specialist Physician and a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He continues to deliver compassionate, individualized care alongside his daughter, Dr. Laura Adler, DPM.
